1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrypAlgo ("Platform"), operated by WE EDUCATE ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Platform Description
CrypAlgo is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading platform that provides automated futures trading strategies, market screeners, on-chain analytics, expert signals, whale tracking, and related tools for Indian crypto traders. The Platform integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (such as CoinDCX, Delta Exchange, and others) to facilitate trade execution. CrypAlgo does not hold, custody, or manage user funds at any time. All funds remain on the user's chosen exchange.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using CrypAlgo, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to regulations related to cryptocurrency trading in India.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys linked to your exchange accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
CrypAlgo offers both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro Plan"). Pro Plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) through Razorpay, our payment processor. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Pro Plan Features
The Pro Plan provides access to premium features including but not limited to: unlimited strategy deployments, Telegram alerts for screener signals and trade execution, on-chain analytics, expert trading signals, whale movement alerts, and auto-trade execution. The specific features included in each plan are as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan with reasonable notice to subscribers.
7. Trading Risks & Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any strategy, signal, or algorithm on the Platform does not guarantee future results. All backtest results displayed on the Platform are historical simulations and may not reflect actual trading conditions, including slippage, liquidity, and exchange-specific factors. You acknowledge that: (a) you may lose some or all of your invested capital, (b) CrypAlgo does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, (c) all trading decisions are made at your own risk, and (d) we are not responsible for any trading losses incurred through use of the Platform, including losses from automated strategy execution or expert signals.
8. API Keys & Exchange Integration
When you connect your exchange account via API keys, you grant CrypAlgo permission to execute trades on your behalf based on your selected strategies and settings. You should only provide API keys with trading permissions and should never share withdrawal-enabled API keys. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your API keys, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for managing your API key permissions on your exchange account. We strongly recommend enabling IP whitelisting and disabling withdrawal permissions on all API keys used with CrypAlgo.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to algorithms, strategy logic, screener methodology, user interface design, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of WE EDUCATE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform, (c) share your account credentials or Pro subscription with third parties, (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage, (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, (f) impersonate any person or entity, or (g) use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in any form of market abuse.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including cryptocurrency exchanges, Telegram, Razorpay, and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Any disruption in third-party services (including exchange downtime, API changes, or payment processor issues) is beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrypAlgo and WE EDUCATE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WE EDUCATE, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your trading activities, or (d) any third-party claims related to your use of the Platform.
14. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects Platform availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Platform, active Pro subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect and process personal information necessary for providing the Platform's services, including your name, email address, phone number, and exchange API keys. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For complete details on data collection and usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@growthtraders.in.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
