Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans ("Pro Plan") offered on CrypAlgo, operated by WE EDUCATE. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

CrypAlgo offers Pro Plan subscriptions on a recurring basis with the following billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and auto-debit for renewals.

3. Free Trial

CrypAlgo may offer a free trial period for new subscribers at its discretion. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your selected payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform or by contacting us at contact@growthtraders.in. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.
  • You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in your current billing period.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan once the current billing period expires.
  • Your data, strategy configurations, and trade history will be retained on the free plan.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, refunds are generally not offered. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

5.1 Full Refund (within 48 hours)

If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not actively used any Pro features (no strategy deployments, no Telegram alerts configured, no auto-trades executed), you are eligible for a full refund.

5.2 Prorated Refund

If CrypAlgo permanently discontinues the Platform or removes a significant portion of the Pro features you subscribed for, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

5.3 Service Outage Refund

If the Platform experiences continuous downtime exceeding 72 hours due to reasons within our control (excluding exchange API outages, third-party service disruptions, or scheduled maintenance), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

5.4 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days.

5.5 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: (a) trading losses incurred while using the Platform, (b) dissatisfaction with trading strategy performance or signal accuracy, (c) inability to use the Platform due to your device, internet, or exchange account issues, (d) violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension, (e) failure to cancel before auto-renewal, or (f) partial use of the subscription period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address on CrypAlgo
  • Date of the transaction
  • Razorpay transaction/payment ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Auto-Renewal

All Pro Plan subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before your renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If an auto-renewal charge occurs and you wish to cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the newly renewed billing period. We do not refund auto-renewal charges unless they fall under the eligible refund scenarios described above.

8. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Existing subscribers on annual plans will be honored at their current rate until their annual period expires.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing contact@growthtraders.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review escalated cases within 5 business days and provide a final decision. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
